1. About Rentdi

Rentdi is an online platform that connects condo owners with tenants seeking long-term rental accommodation in Bangkok, Thailand. We facilitate the rental process including property listings, viewing bookings, rental applications, digital contracts, and payment processing.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

We offer two account types: Tenant (renter) and Owner (property lister). Some users may hold both roles. Admin accounts are reserved for platform staff only.

3. Listings & Verification

All property listings are reviewed by our team before publication. The “Verified” badge indicates that the listing has passed our review process. However, Rentdi does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information provided by owners.

4. Contracts

Rentdi facilitates the creation and signing of rental contracts between owners and tenants for long-term stays. The Thai-language version of any bilingual contract prevails in case of discrepancy, in accordance with the Residential Lease Notification B.E. 2568.

5. Payments & Fees

Rent payments processed through the platform are subject to a processing fee. All monetary transactions are recorded immutably for audit purposes. Rentdi does not store credit card numbers — payment processing is handled by our licensed payment service provider (Opn/Omise).

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

We may require identity verification (national ID or passport) to enable certain platform features. Documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff for verification purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: submit fraudulent listings, impersonate others, scrape or crawl the platform at scale, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rentdi acts as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to any rental contract between owners and tenants. We do not guarantee the condition of any property or the conduct of any user.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Thai court system.
